MULTI BORING DOWEL DRILLS
A range of multi-boring dowel drills, available in Left Hand and Right Hand rotation, suitable for use in single and multi-head boring machines.
The tools have a 10mm shank which incorporates a flat for secure location and a grub screw in the shank end for precise height adjustment. Solid Tungsten Carbide tips make the drills suitable for use in solid timbers and man-made boards.
PLUG MAKERS AND DRILLS
We offer a range of TC tipped cutters to produce parallel or taper plugs or pellets. These cutters are suitable for producing plugs in either solid timber or man made-boards.
A matching range of TC tipped dowel drills, drill/counterbore and drill/countersink are also available. The drill counterbore will drill a hole for a bolt, panhead screw or similar and then produce a counterbored hole. The drill/countersink bits produce a clearance hole for a wood screw, countersink the hole and finally produce a counterbored hole.
This single heavy duty TCT cutter saves the cost of a whole range of boring bits. Useful for those in-between sizes that are difficult or impossible to get.

AUGER BITS
A range of auger bits with 11mm hexagonal shanks, made of high grade carbon steel with a single flute and threaded centre point. Precision ground cutting spurs and unique step-in body design optimise speed and rapid chip removal. For drilling deep, clean holes in both hard and soft wood.
FORSTNER BITS
A range of Forstner bits manufactured in high carbon steel, the larger ones with sawtooth cutting edges. These cutters will produce clean cut flat bottom holes which can be over-lapped to clear larger areas. This type of bit is fast cutting and will cut across the grain or with the grain in all natural timbers. Not for use in routers.
FLAT BITS
A quality flat bit manufactured in Japan, all except the smallest having a hex shank.
Precision grinding and hardening produces a sharp tool and ensures a clean cut for fast and precise drilling in both soft and hard timbers.
