STRAIGHTS
An extensive range of straight cutters in 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" and 8mm shank sizes with cutting diameters from 1mm to 40mm.

We also have deep pocket, hinge mortising and taper two flute cutters.

RAISE-A-PANEL
An increasingly common requirement these days is the production of mock panelling on solid timber or MDF panels for furniture manufacture. This operation is usually carried out using a template with a top bearing-guided classic ogee cutter. Whilst the result is effective, it does not resemble a true raised panel.

Designed by Wealden, our unique new system uses two cutters which, with two passes using the same template, will produce an effect that more closely echoes a traditional raised panel. The unique design of the cutters allows the use of a single template to produce a moulded recess with a classical profile on one side and a panel raise on the other.

LINENFOLD
Linen fold is a traditional effect used on furniture and panelling, which was usually hand carved, making it a skilled and time consuming operation. Again designed by Wealden, this range of cutters may be used to produce mock linen fold panels with the router.

The panels produced offer a very good simulation of traditional linen fold and, when the necessary jig has been manufactured, are quick and easy to make.

PANEL DOOR SETS
A range of cutter sets to produce moulded and scribe jointed doors. The sets are available in various profiles and each set comes with full instructions for use.

This method of construction produces a long glue line, giving a strong yet rapid method of constructing doors/panelling etc.

We also have a matched set of cutters for producing stub tenon jointed frames for "Shaker" style doors - see part number T4344.

PANEL RAISING
A range of panel raising cutters available in either horizontal or vertical types. Some are available with bearing guide options and others with back cutters.

The smaller sizes may be used in hand held machines, whilst larger cutters will need to be used in a table. The largest range is only suitable for use in overhead and other fixed machines.

MINIATURE & MODELLING
This range of miniature TCT two flute cutters is specially suited to the woodworker producing models, scale furniture, dolls’ houses, railway accessories, musical instruments etc.

Some of the range is available at 1/12 scale for producing moulding such as picture rail, skirting, dado rail, hand rail and sash bar etc. All are in 1/4" shank only.

Other cutters that may also be of interest include Panel Beading, Ogee Panel and Classic Panel.

SOLID CARBIDE SPIRALS
A range of high quality micro-grain solid carbide cutters, primarily intended for use in CNC and fixed head routing machines. These specialist cutters offer high performance routing, with fine finish and high feed rates being prime advantages over straight flute cutters.

In cases where carbide tip tools perform well, spiral routers will cut more smoothly and generally last up to 5 times longer. This extra tool life means fewer tool changes, less setup time and longer production runs.

The cutters are suitable for use at speeds of 17,000 to 25,000 rpm and with feed rates of 6 to 10 metres per minute.

ROPE & BARLEY TWIST
Two flute cutters for producing rope and rope-on-rope twist mouldings in conjunction with router lathes. These cutters may also be used for fluting and other decorative effects. The ogee profile cutters are used for producing barley twist mouldings on router lathes.

We have a range of sizes and depths to produce true barley twists, with a single start on 41mm and 49mm spindles and spiral pitches from 40mm to 50mm. They are also suitable for edge moulding and other decorative work.

GROOVERS & ARBORS
Our grooving cutters are available in either 40mm or 60mm diameter along with a wide range of arbors, spacers and bearings.

Uses of these cutters include, grooving, jointing, rebating, slitting etc.

EASI-TIP TRIMMERS
This range of replaceable tip cutters features solid Tungsten Carbide blades, which are easily replaced without removing the cutter from the machine. Various types are available including trimmers and laminate trimmers.

These heavy duty cutters are especially suitable for production applications, where the easily replaced tips ensure consistent cutting properties with low down-time.

TENON
A unique range of cutters, which is intended mainly for cutting tenons with a clean finish on the shoulder. The cutters have 4 cutting edges with 2 down-shear blades for the shoulder and 2 up-shear blades for the face of the tenon. This design ensures a clean finish when cutting tenons and other applications requiring a wide rebate.

The cutters are also suitable for surface trimming on large areas, for example when used in conjunction with a surfacing table.

TRIM REBATE
These trimming cutters have bearings that are smaller than the cutter blades, thus allowing them to cut shallow rebates.

Two ranges are available, one with fixed bearings and the other with interchangeable bearings, which allows the cutting of various rebate widths ranging from 0.5mm to 6.0mm.

PROFILE-SCRIBE JOINTING SETS
Bearing-guided profile cutters with matching scribes, suitable for many joinery applications including door and window construction, panelling etc.

The cutters are available separately or in sets.
